HOME ORGANIZATION IDEAS

I don't know what it is about this time of the year that always makes me want to organize our home.

It is almost a must for me to go through closets and storage rooms since these areas can get out of control quickly, specially after all the holiday decor gets put away.

Today I am sharing with you some organization projects I have done in the past that have proven to be
the right way to go for our family.

Lets start with my craft room, my favorite place in the whole house. :)
Although I was perfectly happy with the way it was before, adding an extra storage area inside the closet has
helped me so much to keep organized and has given me some more room ro create.
You can view a step by step post of how I achieved this by clicking here.

A SPECIAL VALENTINE'S TREASURE

Hello everyone!

This year I have not decorated for Valentine's Day.
I have so much going on that I just couldn't seem to find any time, so our home is staying decorated with what
I call our "everyday decor".

But I couldn't let this special day pass by without sharing a little "love". :)

BURLAP FLOWER TUTORIAL

Is this month flying by or is it me?
Hello, everyone!

I has been a very cold month of February in Texas.
I know most of you up North are really feeling it.
Well, for us down here in the southern states, being in the 30's is very, very cold. :)

I hope you all have plenty of craft supplies to keep you busy! :)
And that is exactly what I have been doing, ignoring the cold and spending time in my craft room.
Today I am sharing with you a tutorial on how I make  burlap flowers.

A SMALL VALENTINE'S ACCENT BURLAP PILLOW

Good morning everyone!
Today I want to share with you a quick post of an easy Valentine's craft I made in the past
for my front porch Valentine's decor.

Valentine's Day comes and goes so fast, I really don't like to spend too much money on decorations for this holiday.
And I always have so much left over fabric, that I am trying to put it to good use. :)

This is a small and very simple pillow that you can add to a small hall table or maybe use it as part of a vignette.

TUESDAYS AT OUR HOME #244 & FEATURES

WELCOME TO TUESDAYS AT OUR HOME!

Did you have a good weekend?
Ours was very nice but very cold. We spent Saturday visiting our grandbabies which is always a treat since
they live a couple of hours away and we don't get to see them every day. :)
We left the house at 65 degrees and it was 36 when we got back home that evening. Crazy!
If it is this cold in Texas, I can only imagine what it feels like up North.

Last week we had another great party.
Lets visit some of the bloggers that were so kind to share their posts with us.

Jenn at Clean & Scentsible created a beautiful Valentine's Day Chocolate bar.

Live Craft Love taught us how to make gorgeous mason jars wall sconces.
